The company was founded in Paris in 1858 by Frédéric Boucheron and for more than a century and a half became known as one of the most skillful manufacturers of high-class jewelry, watches, and in recent years of perfumes. Among the current partners of Boucheron are the founder of MB&F watch house Maximilian Busser, industrial designer Mark Newson and even Cirque du Soleil.
