Under his belt are years of successful and fruitful work as a designer in famous jewelry houses. When the idea of founding a company came, Glenn was no longer a novice in the jewelry business. In addition to his position as director of the auction house Christie’s, he was a dealer, selling precious stones all over the world. So the new business by definition couldn’t help but bring its creator success.

Stages of the development of Glenn Spiro brand

The first thing was to form a client base. Up to the moment of creation of his own workshop Glenn was known only as a designer of other brands. But as it turned out he was also capable of a lot. Using all of his knowledge and experience gained during his time in the jewelry industry, he began fulfilling private orders.

In time the workshop moved from Los Angeles to Geneva, Switzerland. Glenn’s home became the office of the company: here he received private clients, invented designs of new jewelry and demonstrated collection samples of articles and stones. The brand is not notable for its output: there are not more than 200 articles a year, but behind this slowness there is laborious work to develop product design and bring it to life.

Here is just a ring-transformer ring: it is made in the shape of a flower with big emeralds inside, whose petals are opening. And so does each piece of jewelry; it can transform, change color at different angles, transform, or be used not for its intended purpose.
