Noudar Jewels at London Fashion Week

Noudar Jewels came to London Fashion Week to showcase its new Arab-inspired collection, lavishly adorned with diamonds.
The show, showcasing the spring-summer 2015 collection prepared by Julienne Macdonald for London Fashion Week, will see models gait lightly down the catwalk, adorned with jewelry from Noudar Jewels’ latest collection.

Noudar founder Nuur Al Fardan worked with Julienne on a collaborative project last year, and the synergy from their combined efforts impressed both so much that the tandem decided to continue collaborating.

I am very pleased to collaborate with Noudar Jewels ahead of my Spring-Summer 2015 show. Her designs are beautiful, very graceful and at the same time intricate – in a word, they are a wonderful addition to my collection.

Noudar mixes elements from Arab and Islamic cultures to create jewelry inspired by traditional Omani ornaments and patterns used in henna leather painting techniques.

The designer’s most striking jewelry, a double Noudar ring that covers two fingers or a fingerless glove that begins on the fingers like a ring, dropping a diamond “ringlet” on the palm and wrist, looks both bold and elegant. Available in white, yellow and rose gold, the jewelry forms a collection that will appeal to women who love jewelry with a touch of Arabian sensuality.
